Do not wash frequently

The SiO₂ wax treatment is what makes the duster effective. Frequent washing strips the coating and reduces performance. Wash only when visibly dirty.

When washing is needed

Hand wash in cool water only — no detergent, no machine wash. Squeeze gently, do not wring. Lay flat to air dry away from direct sunlight.

Shake after every use

This releases trapped dust from the fibers and is the single most important daily maintenance step.

Always store with the cover on

The cover protects the fibers from ambient dust contamination between uses. Never store uncovered.

Avoid wet surfaces

The duster is designed for dry dust removal only. Using it on a damp surface reduces effectiveness and can cause the fibres to clump.
